Tea time
Many Chinese now drink coffee, and one finds Starbucks restaurants in many places. But traditionally, China is a tea drinking culture.  The beverage is served sugarless in very small cups.  My friend’s husband, who goes by the English name Hillman, is a great fan of tea. He explained that tea drinking rituals are more important than drinking the beverage itself.
